Construction Boom - NYC's Upper Westside
Since the Time Warner Center was completed on Columbus Circle, it seems like all the old buildings in the immediate area are either being torn down -or- at a minimum receiving a facelift. Not sure what is going on at this building, but it looks like people are still living there...

Spring is really on its way now... as the trees begin to open around the Columbus Circle enterance to Central Park.
