Since the Time Warner Center was completed on Columbus Circle, it seems like all the old buildings in the immediate area are either being torn down -or- at a minimum receiving a facelift. Not sure what is going on at this building, but it looks like people are still living there...
The buildings shape gives it more of a Miami or LA feel than an apartment building in New York City, but...
